The Maven Hotel is a new independent hotel concept which opened in April 2017 at LoDo’s Dairy Block micro-district, in downtown Denver. Dairy Block is a mixed-used redevelopment of the Lower Downtown (LoDo) block that once housed Denver’s Windsor Dairy. The hotel was designed by Denver-based Johnson Nathan Strohe. The Maven’s 172 modern guest rooms feature a rich color palette and loft-style décor with high ceilings and large windows.

The Maven’s bustling lobby, Kachina Southwestern Grill, and Poka Lola Social Club were all designed by Brooklyn based studio Crème / Jun Aizaki Architecture and Design. Preciosa is proud to be a partner to the interior designers. Unique designs and vibrant colours are some of the features of the lighting fixtures installed in the lobby, restaurant, bar and pre-function space.
