The Address Hotel is Emaar Hospitality Group’s flagship hotel property. They
entrusted the refurbishment of the building, following a devastating fire in
2015, to Middle East–based building design firm SSH and interior designers
Meyer Davis out of New York. Preciosa worked with their ideas to create fresh
and vibrant lighting throughout the hotel.
Upon arrival, guests are treated to a magnificent marble welcome area, which is adorned with a stunning glass chandelier containing 5,500 glass pieces. The pieces are made from hand-blown crystal glass in the shape of teardrops. The different sizes and glass (some drops are clear, others bubble) create an interesting piece that catches the eye from many angles.
A variety of other lighting from Preciosa can be found in the public areas such as in the elevator lobbies.
One special piece is the lighting fixture in the hotel’s spa. The elegant wave look was created using Preciosa crystal components.

Address Downtown Hotel
Towering high at 302 metres across 63 levels, Address Downtown is a veritable landmark of luxury, situated in the very centre of Downtown Dubai. The hotel directly overlooks The Dubai Mall by a pathway-bridge. The Address Downtown Hotel is no newcomer to the Dubai hospitality market but people visiting for the first time would be forgiven for thinking so.
