Swirel of Pearls

Creating memorable experiences in Las Vegas isn’t difficult. Designing something fresh and different can be. Preciosa Lighting worked with the design teams at Resorts World Las Vegas and Steelman Partners to create a collection of bespoke light fixtures inspired by our Signature Design Pearl Drop.

Three large Pearl Drop installations decorate Resort World’s Main Casino. Captivating strings of pearl wind their way through the corridors of the property.

Created from hand-blown glass triplex opal spheres brought together with individual brass details, Pearl Drop is a captivating eye-catcher.

The light adds dazzle to a range of spaces, perfectly accenting both contemporary and classic decors.

A Swirl of Pearls

Creating memorable experiences in Las Vegas isn’t difficult. Designing something fresh and different can be. Preciosa Lighting worked with the Resorts World Las Vegas design team to create a series of bespoke lighting inspired by our Signature Design Pearl Drop.

The Preciosa Design Team worked closely with Kara Siffermann, former Vice President of Design at Resorts World to craft Pearl Drop installations to match her vision for the space’s look and feel. Ms. Siffermann and her team wanted the lighting to not only add an artistic element to the space but to also act as a signpost for visitors passing through the casino.

Other luminaries

Luminaire for Crockfords casino

In cooperation with Steelman Partners and Benjamin West Preciosa Lighting brought other lighting designs to life in some of the highest profile areas of the complex. One of them is inspired by Pearl Drop and located in Crockfords casino.

Luminaire surrounding a column

According to the design of Steelman Partners, we also produced another luminaire surrounding the column. Several glass spheres of different sizes were used for the luminaire, the inner surface is silver and the outer surface is sprayed with Diegel paint.

The vision behind the lighting is simplicity and elegance. Preciosa Lighting’s expertise combined with the quality and refinement of the materials they use is why we chose them to create the lighting for us.
