The ambitious brown-to-green refurbishment of the former hClub on Endell Street, London exemplifies the future of office spaces. This new hub of PATRIZIA enhances environmental performance and fosters a dynamic workspace. We're proud to have partnered with Buckley Gray Yeoman, showcasing our Signature Design Crystal Grid installation in the reception.

We designed and handcrafted a light installation seamlessly integrated into the 12-metre-high ceiling. Based on our Signature Design Crystal Grid, it was specially tailored for this grand space by our Lead Designer, Lukas Uliarczyk.
The installation features eight crosses crafted from clear bubbled crystal tubes and polished stainless steel components.
Signature Design Crystal Grid is a striking lighting installation that blends geometric precision with the brilliance of hand-blown crystal, harmonising seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.

This modern space integrates real estate, infrastructure, and technology solutions, reflecting our vision for the future of offices. It also marks the beginning of the PATRIZIA Foundation’s fundraising efforts in the UK, with Lord and Lady Lloyd Webber as ambassadors.
