Preciosa Lighting is proud to share another remarkable achievement: after winning the Red Dot Award in 2025, Crystal Beat II, our installation showcased at Milan Design Week 2024, has now been honored with the iF Design Award 2026.

The iF Design Award, which attracts nearly 11,000 entries from 66 countries, continues to uphold its reputation as one of the world’s most prestigious design competitions.

Organized by the non-profit iF Design Foundation, the award highlights the global importance of design, its social influence, and its power to drive innovation toward a better future.

Crystal Beat II

The Crystal Beat II installation, created by Preciosa Lighting Creative Directors Michael Vasku and Andreas Klug for Milan Design Week 2024, featured a striking composition of meticulously arranged, handcrafted crystal cubes — Crystal Pixels, one of our significant Signature Designs.

Each cube acted as a single pixel, forming a dynamic lighting composition inspired by game graphics and pixel art. The fusion of 3D sound and vibrant lighting created an unforgettable sensory experience — music to your eyes.

Following its earlier Red Dot Award in 2025, this second accolade further underscores our commitment to pushing the boundaries of design and innovation.
