XXII Carat is a luxury collection of beachfront villas on the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai developed by Russian-based forum group holding with interior designs done by transforma design studio, based out of Yekaterinburg.

This is an impressive light – four metres wide and five metres tall. The soaring ceiling of the living room means the hand-blown crystal spheres can be seen from the second level.

Large doorways allow the light’s beauty to extend to adjacent rooms as well.

Three colours were chosen for the spheres: triplex opal, honeycomb frosted shifting to watercolour, and clear.

Pearl Curtain

Signature Design

Olga Klimova from Transforma experienced Preciosa’s Signature Designs at Euroluce 2019. She fell in love with the Pearl Curtain concept and chose it for the living room of one of the villas. Signature Designs are completely customizable. Ms. Klimova asked for certain dimensions and colours of spheres, the rest was up to Preciosa’s in-house design team.
