From Bohemia to New York, Preciosa Lighting's handcrafted crystal trophies
arrived for AHEAD Americas 2026.
On October 15, AHEAD Americas brought the hospitality design community together in New York to celebrate the extraordinary projects, studios, and original ideas that stood out this year.
Preciosa Lighting joined AHEAD Americas as part of its global partnership with the awards, celebrating hospitality projects that refused to play it safe.
Representing Preciosa Lighting at Gotham Hall were Michael Holy, Managing Director, and Angel Ochoa, Regional Sales Director.
AHEAD Americas trophy
An original, awarded
Every trophy starts with AHEAD's distinctive “A”. But what happens inside that shape is a little less predictable.
Hand-blown in Bohemian crystal, each trophy takes on subtle variations as the molten glass finds its own form. No two are ever quite alike.
An original for every original. Because when an achievement is one of a kind, the award should be too.
The best hospitality projects do more than win awards. They put new materials, experiences and ways of thinking into circulation. Designers notice. Clients notice. And slowly, what once felt unexpected starts influencing what comes next.
That's the part we're most interested in.
Because for Preciosa, being close to the hospitality design community isn't simply about celebrating finished projects. It's about the conversations that might lead to the next ones.
We'll be watching what lies ahead. Better still, we hope to help shape some of it.
