Lubomír Trejbal

Lubomír Trejbal, Director of Strategy and Development, is responsible for the overall strategy of Preciosa Lighting. He leads the Research and Development (R&D) team, which plays a vital role in the development of innovative lighting solutions combining traditional Czech glass art with modern technologies. Under his leadership, the R&D team is constantly pushing the boundaries and creating unique products that are aesthetically and technically perfect. In addition to strategy, Lubomír is responsible for the sustainability of all company technologies, investment management and close cooperation with the technical department responsible for the operation of the company's extensive facilities. He also aims to integrate software and data systems that move the company towards fully data-driven management and efficient operations. Lubomir is a passionate advocate of digitalization and innovation, which allows him to bring new ideas and exceed expectations. He loves the winter season and as soon as the first snow falls, you can find him skiing with his family.
