The CEO of Preciosa Lighting believes in the power of crystal. In her professional career, she is committed to spreading awareness of the beauty of Czech glass and the skill of glassmakers around the world. Lucie started her career at Preciosa in Preciosa Components and gradually her steps led to Preciosa Beauty and then to Preciosa Lighting. She is proud to work at the Preciosa Foundation, a corporate foundation supporting the development of the region, where she has been a member, now chairman, of the board of directors since 2008. She is also active in other Preciosa Group companies.
