Residents of Moscow’s ultra-luxurious Teatralny dom apartment complex embrace an exclusive lifestyle. The aristocratic residences offer a variety of attractive apartments for the city’s elite. Adding to the grandeur are lights from Preciosa. We were pleased to work with Russian based developer Hals-Development on this project.

Throughout the lobby and corridors, guests can come upon different classical handcrafted chandeliers. The intricate detail is what makes these lights so captivating. For example, in the lobby there are eight traditional hand-cut crystal chandeliers consisting of small octagon, crystal prism, and crystal cut ball trimmings. The brass parts are hand-cast. In the lift lobbies, smaller crystal chandeliers cast a glow on those waiting for the doors to open. Throughout the corridors a glimmer of crystal catches residents’ eyes through Preciosa’s chandeliers and wall sconces.

The addition of such premium lighting throughout the complex adds to Teatralny dom’s reputation as one of Moscow’s most elegant and sophisticated residences.
